These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FlowBridge, provided by Attractor Solutions. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the platform
You may use FlowBridge to build lead-capture forms and configure workflows that route submitted data to third-party systems, subject to these Terms and any applicable law. You are responsible for the content of the forms you publish and the accuracy of the destinations you configure.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by users you invite within your organisation.
3. Third-party services
FlowBridge integrates with third-party services you choose to connect (CRMs, spreadsheets, property portals, and similar tools). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
4. Lead data you collect
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to collect and process the personal information submitted through your forms, and for complying with applicable privacy and consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to collect sensitive information without lawful basis, to send unsolicited communications, or to attempt to circumvent the platform's security, rate limits, or access controls.
6. Availability
We aim to keep FlowBridge available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party service outages may affect availability from time to time.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the platform and request account closure at any time.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
