Attractor Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides FlowBridge, a platform for building lead-capture forms and routing submissions into third-party systems. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide directly (name, email, agency details), information generated through your use of the platform (form templates, workflow configurations, connection credentials you enter for third-party integrations), and the lead data submitted through forms you build and publish.
2. How we use information
We use this information to operate the platform: authenticating your account, rendering and processing the forms you build, executing the integration workflows you configure, and routing submitted lead data to the destinations you specify. We do not sell your data or the lead data collected through your forms.
3. Third-party integrations
FlowBridge lets you connect third-party services (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com, SharePoint, and property portals like Domain.com.au and realestate.com.au). When you configure a workflow to send data to one of these services, that data is subject to the third party's own privacy practices in addition to this policy. Credentials you provide for these connections are encrypted at rest.
4. Data retention
We retain account and configuration data for as long as your account is active. Lead records are retained according to the data retention policy you configure per workflow, after which they are automatically purged.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, including encryption of stored third-party credentials and role-based access control within your organisation's account.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us using the details below. Requests relating to lead data collected through a specific agency's form should be directed to that agency in the first instance.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
